Top 3 to 5 skillsets / years of experience: • Seeking a Data Analytics / Business Intelligence professional (3–5 years experience) to design and maintain position level change tracking and analytics across HR and finance data • Role focuses on translating complex position lifecycle events (creation, elimination, modification, replacement, overlap, etc) into clear, auditable data flows and dashboards for analysis and decision making • Ideal candidate is comfortable working with messy, event driven data from multiple source systems and partnering with Finance, HR, and Operations stakeholders
