- Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Operations stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and usability.
- Support decision-making processes through actionable insights derived from data analytics.
- 3-5 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in handling complex, event-driven data from multiple source systems.
- Strong skills in creating clear and auditable data flows and dashboards.
- Experience working with HR, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
