Job Title: Full-Time Clerical Position (QuickBooks & Collections)
About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual with strong QuickBooks experience and collections knowledge. This full-time clerical position is responsible for handling bookkeeping tasks, accounts receivable, and general office support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter and manage daily financial transactions in QuickBooks
• Oversee accounts receivable and assist with collections
• Prepare invoices, statements, and reports
• Provide clerical and administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
• QuickBooks experience required (minimum 2 years preferred)
• Knowledge of collections and accounts receivable processes
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Must pass a drug screening and background check
Schedule & Compensation:
• Full-time, Monday through Friday
• Competitive pay based on experience
