Schedule: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

About the Role
PTI, is looking for a dedicated Quality Supervisor to join our team. This position plays a critical role in leading 2nd shift operations, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity standards are consistently met.
Qualifications & Skills
- Computer proficiency: Microsoft Works, Excel, Google Drive, PowerPoint, Droptask
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
- Strong English reading, writing, and speaking skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude under pressure
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Job Duties
- Establish and oversee operational procedures for shipping, receiving, and inventory control
- Supervise warehouse leads and material handlers to achieve plant goals
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure coordination with production, quality, distribution, and purchasing
- Organize and allocate workforce based on productivity needs
- Manage requisition, replacement, and capital expenditures for equipment and supplies
- Train employees on SOPs, safety, quality control procedures, and company policies
- Maintain discipline, morale, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment
- Enforce PPE use and ensure compliance with 5S, ISO/IATF, OSHA, and safety rules
- Monitor timekeeping in Plex, verifying attendance and shift records
- Be present on the production floor at least 85% of the shift—coaching, training, and monitoring employee performance
- Participate in semi-annual work reviews
- Perform other duties as assigned
