Entry Level General Labor Production
Qualifications or Skills:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand throughout a shift
Ability to communicate with other team members
Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
Ability to speak, read & write in English
Ability to follow work rules
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
High school diploma or GED preferred
Job Duties:
Apply masking to customer parts in specified areas
PPE must be worn
Ensuring customer requirements are being met
Responsible for 5S in Work Area
Employee must adhere to all 5S and safety rules
Required participation in semi-annual work reviews
Employee must adhere to all ISO/IATF procedures and work instructions
Perform All other Assigned Duties
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Physical Requirements:
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions
Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance
Ability to bend, twist, and turn correctly
Associates are to maintain a neat, well groomed appearance at all times
Ability to follow instructions and work rules
Associates must have a reliable transportation at their disposal
Ability to Stand, Lift, Bend and Kneel throughout an eight hour shift
Ability to work as part of a team
