We are seeking a dependable, motivated individual to join our manufacturing team as a Production Assistant. This is a hands-on position that plays an important role in keeping production moving efficiently by assisting CNC Operators and other team members throughout the manufacturing process. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to working safely in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily flow of production throughout the shop.
- Move granite, quartz, and finished countertops between workstations.
- Stage materials and completed pieces for the next step in production.
- Help CNC operators, and other production staff as needed.
- Load and unload materials and finished products safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Remove scrap materials and keep production areas clear.
- Follow production schedules and assist in meeting daily manufacturing goals.
- Adhere to all company safety procedures and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, warehouse, or general labor is preferred but not required.
- Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs and work around heavy stone materials.
- Strong work ethic with dependable attendance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction.
- Positive attitude and commitment to producing quality work.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
