About the Role:
PsychPlus is seeking an experienced Manager of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Operations to join our growing team in Houston, Texas. What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day Revenue Cycle Management operations across the organization.
- Oversee billing, coding, claims submission, payment posting, denial management, and accounts receivable follow-up.
- Monitor key revenue cycle KPIs and implement strategies to improve collections and reduce denials.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the RCM team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with clinical, finance, and operational leaders to streamline workflows and resolve revenue cycle challenges.
- Ensure compliance with payer requirements, healthcare regulations, and organizational policies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to maximize revenue capture.
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- 3 years of Revenue Cycle Management experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding, claims processing, denial management, and payer reimbursement methodologies.
- Experience with healthcare billing systems and electronic health records (EHR).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities with a collaborative mindset.
