Position Summary
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our growing team in Houston, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in healthcare operations while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.
What You'll Do
- Support daily operational activities across multiple departments.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives and operational projects.
- Analyze data and prepare reports to support business decisions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflows.
- Help maintain documentation, SOPs, and operational records.
- Assist leadership with project tracking, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and team productivity.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Google Workspace is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Previous internship or administrative experience is a plus, but not required.
