Key Responsibilities:
- Own full proposal lifecycle (pre-RFP to post-submission)
- Develop proposal schedules, compliance matrices, and hunts RFP pursuits across all verticals
- Ensure compliance, quality, and compelling messaging
- Conduct reviews and continuous improvement processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required (i.e. medical paralegal experience as a substitute for a degree)
- 7 years proposal management experience-Minimum threshold
- Shipley methodology expertise-Non-Negotiable
- Strong Terms & Conditions writing, editing, and leadership skills
- Deep experience with federal, commercial, and regulated proposals
- Win rate improvement- Target 70% win rates. Need evidence of deals won: size & volume--Applicant must submit deal sheet prior to interview for review.
