Position Summary:
PsychAssociates is seeking Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our growing team. This in-person role involves providing psychotherapy to residents in skilled nursing facilities. We offer flexible scheduling options — full-time or part time— to fit your lifestyle and availability.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual psychotherapy to residents in skilled nursing facilities
- Conduct mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with facility staff and family members to support residents’ care
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulations
- Participate in team meetings and continuing education as needed
Requirements:
- Active LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT license in New York State (required)
- In Person: Huntington, NY
