The Sales & Reservations Supervisor supports guests, Pros, Supervisor peers, and Managers in delivering exceptional guest service while managing Point of Sale (POS) and Ski & Snowboard School (S3) support systems to ensure operational excellence. The Supervisor fosters a healthy and supportive culture focused on professionalism, business development, and technical excellence. This position reports to the School Manager or General Manager.

- Prioritize and organize POS, S3 support systems, and administrative requirements based on departmental SOPs, end-of-season analysis, and initiatives
- Supervise, schedule, and assign office staff to meet daily needs and maintain scheduling accuracy throughout the season
- Support business growth, guest experience, and expense management through lesson reconciliation, revenue collection, research, and operational support for Pros, Supervisors, and Managers
- Recruit, train, develop, schedule, and evaluate office staff to build a strong, professional team
- Promote excellence in guest service, evaluate experiences, and resolve guest concerns promptly
- Actively observe guest experience and staff performance at key times each day to ensure operational excellence
- Ensure essential information is communicated frequently and accurately across teams
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance product knowledge and expand operational support
- Assist S3 Global Sales & Reservations office, Pros, and payroll in shared responsibilities
- Lead employee recognition, disciplinary action, and performance management to develop staff
- Act in the best interest of ASC by supporting business growth, protecting revenue, and investigating underground teaching
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of office management experience with a strong focus on guest service and sales operations required
- Minimum of 3 full seasons in the winter sports industry required, preferably with sales and reservations exposure
- Prior experience working with sales and reservations systems in a customer-facing role, demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills preferred
- Strong computer skills including POS software, scheduling software, RTP, ProCard, email, Microsoft products, and other business software
- Comprehensive knowledge of sales operations and guest service principles
- Ability to lead, develop, train, and mentor a team in a fast-paced sales and operational environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and external partners
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to maintain professionalism and composure in guest-facing and high-pressure situations
- Skilled at analyzing sales data to identify trends and prioritize opportunities for revenue growth
