School Based Music Therapist

Job description:

Are you an exceptional Music Therapist with a passion for making a difference? ESS Clinical is seeking dedicated Music Therapists to join our team of professionals in our school-based settings for the 2025-2026 school year in Frederick County Public Schools!

Pay $64-71/hr

W2 and 1099 options

No non-competes in our contracts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in music therapy (or equivalent) from an AMTA?approved program at an accredited college/university
• Certified music therapist by the Certification Board for Music Therapists (CBMT)
• Experience in school-based setting preferred but not required
  
  

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess Student Needs
• Develop and Implement Music-Based Interventions
• Collaborate with School Staff and Families
• Document Progress and Contribute to IEPs
• Promote Inclusion and Generalization
