We're seeking a passionate and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Responsibilities: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and client/student needs
• Provide direct therapy services in individual or group settings to address communication goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary team members to support student/client progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and evaluation reports in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Consult with educators and caregivers to support generalization of communication strategies across environments
• Supervise and support Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), if applicable
• Stay current with best practices and licensure requirements through continuing education and professional development
• Support prevention and early identification efforts through training, screenings, and consultation
  
  

Expected hours: ~35/hrs per week
