What You’ll Do
📈 Sales Strategy & Execution
- Build and execute sales plans aligned with company objectives
- Set clear KPIs and hold the team accountable for performance
- Adjust tactics to stay ahead of market shifts and deliver on growth goals
- Recruit, onboard, and grow a top-tier sales team
- Coach, motivate, and manage performance to maximize results
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation
- Build deep, long-term relationships with key customers and partners
- Lead complex negotiations and close high-impact deals
- Serve as the face of the company at events, meetings, and presentations
- Partner with marketing, finance, operations, and product teams
- Align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and product roadmaps
- Share market insights to inform business decisions and offerings
- Use Salesforce to manage pipelines, track performance, and forecast growth
- Ensure data accuracy and promote CRM best practices across the team
- Analyze trends to identify opportunities and solve challenges proactively
- 5–10 years of sales leadership experience in B2B or B2C environments
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong skills in strategic planning, team development, and deal-making
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in the ingredient or protein industry is a strong plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA a bonus)
