Role Description This full-time, on-site Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician role is based in Broomfield, CO. The technician will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems, including gas and electric equipment. Daily responsibilities include performing service calls, completing preventive maintenance, inspecting systems for safety and efficiency, and documenting all work performed. The role involves communicating clearly with customers about findings, repair options, and recommended upgrades to support comfort and energy efficiency. The technician will also collaborate with team members, follow company and manufacturer guidelines, and adhere to all safety and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve HVAC system issues efficiently and safely.
- Experience with maintenance & repair and preventive maintenance for gas and electric heating and cooling systems.
- EPA certification (or ability to obtain) for safe handling of refrigerants and compliance with environmental regulations.

- Knowledge of HVAC system controls, thermostats, air distribution, and basic electrical components.
