A growing contemporary women’s fashion label is seeking a Showroom Assistant to help keep its Los Angeles showroom running smoothly. This is a great entry-level fashion job for someone interested in wholesale apparel, showroom operations, sales support, and market prep. You will work closely with the sales team, help manage samples, and contribute to a polished, client-ready showroom experience.
IN OFFICE Monday - Friday
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and presentation-ready each day
- Receive, tag, sort, and maintain samples and incoming product
- Pull and remove discontinued styles as needed
- Support sales staff during market weeks, trade shows, and client appointments
- Help create a seamless buying experience for retail partners and visitors
- Assist with merchandising, product setup, and general showroom upkeep
- Prepare for showroom events, market appointments, and seasonal launches
- Handle day-to-day operational and administrative support for the sales team
- Help maintain order across racks, sample inventory, and back-of-house areas
REQUIREMENTS
- 0–3 years of experience preferred; internships and recent graduates welcome
- Interest in fashion, wholesale apparel, and showroom careers
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-starter who can stay productive in a fast-moving environment
- Positive, team-first attitude with a willingness to help where needed
- Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
