Job Overview:

Azazie is looking for a full-time showroom assistant to join our PR/Influencer teams! This assistant role will support the brand team with tasks related to showroom operations and activities to support marketing efforts. Assistants will be able to accumulate a solid foundation of key skills in the world of fashion, gain hands-on experience, and make industry connections.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist with influencer outreach and follow-up via social media DMs
• Assist with set up and execution of PR events & activations
• Conducting prospective influencer research
• Create lookbooks of available inventory or curated for a specific event
• Bridal party and fitting support
• Prep and steam inventory
• Assist in managing inventory
• Assist with PR outreach when needed

Qualifications:

• A degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Management or related field.
• Strong interest in the fashion/retail industry.
• Extremely organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Eager to learn and take initiative
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable interacting with VIP/Talent when necessary

Physical Requirements:
