Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Pop-Up Event Sales Manager to host and drive sales at Azazie’s pop-up events across Texas (Houston, San Antonio, Dallas areas). This role ensures smooth on-site operations, delivers a premium customer experience, and maximizes revenue, while providing insights to improve future performance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on sales leader with strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Host and lead pop-up events across Texas, ensuring smooth on-site execution.
• Drive sales performance by maximizing conversion and revenue.
• Deliver a premium, personalized customer experience that builds trust and brand loyalty.
• Leverage sales insights to improve future pop-up strategy and performance.
• Coach and support event staff to enhance sales effectiveness.
• Support pop-up operations, including setup, merchandising, and breakdown.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 3 years of experience in retail sales, pop-up events, or field sales roles.
• 1-2 years of previous management experience
• Proven track record of driving sales performance and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong customer service skills with a consultative selling approach.
• Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 20lbs
• Willingness to travel frequently across Texas with weekend availability required.
