Job Summary
Position Summary As directed by the Insight Coordinator, the Program Leader, Insight will be responsible for the implementation and facilitation of the Insight curriculum and projects at assigned school sites; monitoring and assessing student progress; meeting all expectations and requirements of the program and its funding sources; collaborating with organizational partners and programs; continuously looking for ways to expand the opportunities available to our students throughout Tulare County
Requirements / Qualifications
Create a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment for all students. Establish and maintain clear expectations for behavior, participation, and quality work. Foster positive relationships with students, families, school staff, and ProYouth partners. Ensure students feel valued, respected, and supported in their learning and development. Deliver age-appropriate curriculum that promotes academic success, leadership, and communication skills. Support student engagement and maintain effective use of program resources and technology. Collaborate with team members to achieve program goals and support student success. Complete data entry, reports, and administrative tasks accurately and on time. Communicate concerns, challenges, and updates promptly to supervisors. Participate in required trainings and maintain compliance with ProYouth policies and procedures. Contribute to grant-funded projects and program improvement efforts. Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, teamwork, and a solution-focused mindset. Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience High School diploma or equivalent AND 48 completed College Units OR NCLB Paraprofessional Certification Experience working with students (elementary -high school) preferred. Prefer someone who has experience with photography Prefer someone who has film and digital media skills and editing basics
