Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients through slicing, dicing, and portioning using proper knife skills and slicing techniques.
- Follow recipes meticulously to ensure consistency and quality in meal preparation.
- Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, mixers, and other appliances safely and effectively.
- Assist with menu planning by preparing ingredients needed for upcoming dishes and catering events.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen tools in accordance with safety standards.
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and service timelines.
- Support food handling procedures to ensure compliance with food safety management protocols.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a food service environment, such as restaurant or catering experience, is highly preferred.
