- One year of recent ER RN experience
- Valid RN license and current BLS, ACLS, PALS/ENPC certifications
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to handle equipment and move in demanding situations
- Ability to work under pressure, with attention to detail and professionalism
