Role: Home Health Speech Language Pathologist responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, voice, language, hearing, and swallowing disorders in patients within their homes or facilities.

- Developing and reviewing treatment plans in collaboration with the care team.
- Administering diagnostic tests and therapeutic interventions.
- Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care accordingly.
- Providing patient and family education, including communication alternatives.
- Documenting evaluations, treatments, and care activities while maintaining confidentiality.
- Participating in care coordination and discharge planning.
- Engaging in ongoing professional development and training.
- ASHA Certification in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology.
- Minimum of six months relevant experience; home health experience preferred.
- Current, unrestricted license and CPR certification.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
Salary : $92,200 - $126,900
