Role: Full-time Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) in a family-centered care environment.
Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions, develop care goals, administer medications, educate patients and families, evaluate intervention effectiveness, ensure compliance with hospital policies, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care. May perform department-specific duties and participate in quality improvement activities.
Qualifications: Missouri RN license or multi-state compact license, at least one year of RN experience.
Skills: Strong assessment, medication knowledge, patient education, teamwork, and documentation skills.
Physical Demands: Active role requiring mobility, reaching, lifting up to 20 lbs, and working with contagious patients in a 24/7 healthcare setting.
