Role: Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for delivering quality nursing care within an interdisciplinary team to promote patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

- Assess patient needs through ongoing evaluation and update care plans accordingly.
- Provide direct patient care and services to support highest practicable health outcomes.
- Offer clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).
- Implement and interpret departmental programs, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain excellent customer service and positive interactions with patients.
- Communicate effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Active RN license in applicable state, maintained in good standing.
- Preferred: at least one year of skilled nursing experience.
- CPR certification, obtained upon hire or during orientation, and kept current.
- Strong reasoning, judgment, and interpersonal skills.
