Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in Medical Surgical/Telemetry on a 26-bed unit focused on cardiac and medical patients.
Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care by developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans; monitor and communicate patient conditions; collaborate across disciplines for care coordination, transfers, discharges, and psychosocial support; educate patients and families; delegate tasks to staff and precept new team members.
Qualifications & Skills: Valid Maine RN license or eligibility; preferred at least 1 year of experience; new graduates are welcome.
Key Duties: Work three 12-hour night shifts weekly; participate in weekend and holiday rotations; support professional growth and team collaboration; uphold organization standards and policies.
