- Educating patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place.
- Incorporating telehealth and virtual care to enhance flexibility and service delivery.
- Valid Physical Therapy license and degree from an accredited program.
- Proficiency with basic computer and EMR systems.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to meet physical demands such as lifting, repositioning patients, and performing therapeutic activities.
