Responsibilities
- Communicate patient status changes clearly to the healthcare team.
- Maintain constant observation of high-risk patients.
- Support patient safety and assist with interventions.
- Aid with personal care, mobility, and transportation of patients.
- Adhere to departmental policies, participate in meetings, and promote a respectful, safe environment.
- High school diploma or GED; current Basic Life Support certification.
- Experience in acute care, EMT, or similar roles; competency in medical terminology and computer skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving skills, and ability to remain calm under stress.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform heavy-duty tasks.
