- Performing patient hygiene, mobility, and basic care such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Measuring and recording vital signs, monitoring patient condition, and reporting changes to nurses
- Assisting with routine procedures, preparing patient rooms, and supporting physicians and nurses
- Responding to patient and family needs, listening to concerns, and documenting observations
- Supporting patients with toileting and repositioning, and delivering meals
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for caregiving and supporting others
- Medical terminology knowledge is a plus
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (can be obtained after hire)
- Patient care experience preferred but not required
