- Provide professional occupational therapy based on evaluation and treatment plans
- Maintain clear communication and build collaborative relationships
- Ensure accountability and strive to improve patient experiences
- Engage in professional growth and team development
- Adhere to Practice of Occupational Therapy Act/Rules
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- Valid Texas Occupational Therapy license or temporary license
- Minimum of 1 year licensed experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Willingness to work weekends and some weekdays on an as-needed basis
- Strong communication, accountability, and initiative for professional development
