- Develop and maintain departmental policies, standards, and goals aligned with national guidelines.
- Ensure quality assurance, clinical performance, and patient/physician satisfaction through routine collaboration.
- Maintain ICA accreditation and monitor compliance with Joint Commission regulations.
- Manage staffing, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and discipline.
- Prepare budgets, control costs, and plan for technology integration.
- Stay current with advancements in cardiac imaging and encourage staff development.
- Foster effective communication, teamwork, and research opportunities to improve patient care.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field.
- Registry in NM, Echo, or Vascular imaging modalities.
- 8-10 years of diagnostic experience with 2-3 years of leadership experience.
- BLS certification required.
- Knowledge of accreditation standards, quality assurance, and budget management.
