Role: Oversees daily office operations, assigns duties to nurses, manages workload balance, and handles patient triage and education.
Responsibilities: Communicates and resolves disputes, responds to emergencies, documents in medical records adhering to policies, facilitates patient flow, and requests coverage as needed.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program with an active Florida license, CPR certification, and BLS certification (within three months).
Preferred Experience: One year in a healthcare facility, procedural scheduling, Orthopedics preferred.
Physical & Work Environment: Requires walking, standing, lifting up to 30 pounds, equipment manipulation, and frequent computer use. Ability to assist with procedures and communicate effectively with staff, patients, and providers.
