We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver compassionate, hands-on care within a senior living and rehabilitation community.

Key responsibilities include supporting RNs and physicians with

  • medication administration
  • treatments
  • daily patient care

and

  • monitoring and documenting patient status


    • You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team focused on

    and aiming for

    • quality outcomes


    • Qualifications and skills include a valid LPN license, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to compassionate care.
