- Developing and evaluating patient and family education plans
- Assisting physicians with procedures and performing technical skills
- Addressing psychosocial needs and coordinating post-discharge care
- Practicing cost-effective resource management
- Prioritizing patient care efficiently and promoting safety
- Engaging in lifelong learning to enhance nursing skills
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Computer literacy
- RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire
- Preferred: ACLS/PALS certifications
