Role: Provides nursing care and clinical duties in a medical office setting under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, physician, or authorized provider within the scope of practice for a Licensed Practical Nurse licensed in New York.

- Interview patients, document health history, medications, and symptoms.
- Measure and record vital signs such as height, weight, blood pressure, and TPR.
- Perform nursing visits including blood pressure monitoring and minor diagnostic procedures (e.g., EKG, PFT, Peak Flow) and report results.
- Schedule, confirm, and notify patients of appointments.
- Administer medications, injections, treatments, and infusions as ordered.
- Assist with examinations and procedures, prepare patients and rooms.
- Practice infection control, maintain cleanliness of exam rooms and equipment.
- Organize and communicate test results, patient information, and maintain documentation.
- Provide patient education on treatment, health promotion, and disease prevention.
- Maintain supplies, monitor equipment, and conduct inspections of supplies.
- Participate in training, staff meetings, and adhere to confidentiality and security policies.
- NY State LPN license and current registration.
- One to two years' ambulatory care experience preferred.
- BLS certification required.
- Strong communication skills, accurate data entry, and ability to work in a cross-cultural environment.
