- Provide care to help patients attain or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
- Monitor and report changes in patient conditions.
- Assign tasks, instruct, and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Ensure care complies with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
- Active LPN/LVN license in good standing.
- Preferably at least one year of skilled nursing experience.
- CPR certification (obtained upon hire or during orientation) and maintained during employment.
- Ability to make independent decisions and deliver competent, compassionate care.
- Excellent customer service and positive attitude.
