- Monitoring resident diets, assisting with meals, and ensuring proper documentation.
- Assigning tasks to nursing assistants, supervising their performance, and participating in evaluations.
- Communicating effectively with residents, families, staff, and physicians, while ensuring resident rights and confidentiality.
- Ensuring safety protocols, proper equipment use, and infection control standards are followed.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing or practical nursing program.
- Current Nurse License.
- One to two years of experience preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills.
