What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotline Advocate - AS-NEEDED/PRN position at Provident Behavioral Health?

Role Overview: The Hotline Advocate PRN provides crisis intervention, safety planning, assessment, and education to individuals impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse, or neglect.

Key Responsibilities: Offer trauma-informed support, connect clients to community resources, assist with navigating the criminal justice system, and accompany victims to hospitals or police departments as needed. Maintain accurate records, report program statistics, and participate in meetings and outreach activities to promote community awareness.

Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), at least 2 years of related experience, experience working with victims or in human services preferred, and fluency in Spanish is a plus. Must be able to perform light physical work, have strong communication skills, and possess reliable transportation.

Additional Requirements: Willingness to adhere to vaccination/testing policies, participate in training, and work flexible shifts including holidays. Commitment to agency mission and professional development is essential.
