- Interpret policies, procedures, and standards.
- Provide comprehensive respiratory care to diverse patient populations.
- Supervise and support respiratory staff.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and safety protocols.
- Participate in continuing education to maintain proficiency.
- Associate's Degree in Respiratory Care.
- Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License at hire.
- American Heart Association BLS certification at hire, with ACLS and PALS within 90 days.
- Minimum of 5 years clinical experience.
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree and 3 years management experience.
