Responsibilities: Conducts comprehensive patient assessments, identifies deviations from normal, and initiates appropriate interventions. Develops and maintains a written plan of care, communicates with team members, and supports the plan through coordinated actions based on patient conditions.
Qualifications: Requires an Associate's degree in Nursing and a valid Multi-State RN License. BLS certification is mandatory within 7 days; ACLS and NIHSS within orientation. Preferred certifications include RN-C or CCRN.
Skills & Duties: Exercises clinical judgment, documents assessments, and supports patient-centered care. Performs related duties as needed to ensure quality care and safety.
