- Providing in-person and virtual physical therapy services for diverse orthopedic and neurologic conditions.
- Developing personalized care plans and objectively measuring patient outcomes using advanced software.
- Delivering telehealth evaluations, assessments, and treatments via digital platforms.
- Performing Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) and maintaining effective communication with patients and providers.
- Supporting digital health program development, data analysis, and regional service growth.
- Collaborating with clinicians and the Digital Health team to optimize remote services.
- Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program and active state licensure in Florida (or in process).
- Minimum of 2 years outpatient clinical experience; digital health experience preferred.
- Strong dedication to quality patient care and excellent communication skills.
