We’re seeking an experienced Hospice Director of Nursing to lead our interdisciplinary clinical team and oversee hospice clinical operations. This role ensures high-quality, compliant, patient-centered care while fostering a culture of compassion and accountability.
Key Highlights
- Lead and support nurses, social workers, chaplains, CNAs, and volunteers
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards
- Partner with the Medical Director and Hospice Operations leadership

Qualifications
- Active GA RN license; BSN required (advanced degree preferred)
- 3–5 years of leadership experience in hospice or home health
- Strong knowledge of hospice regulations and interdisciplinary care
