Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician supports production and facility operations by performing emergency and scheduled repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on equipment. The role ensures continuous uptime and adherence to safety and quality standards.

• Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment during operation

• Perform scheduled maintenance repairs during machine service intervals

• Execute simple machinist duties and responsibilities

• Apply mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills to troubleshoot and repair production machines

• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to guide maintenance activities

• Diagnose issues, replace or repair parts, and test equipment for proper function

• Conduct regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities

• Carry out plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions as needed

• Operate hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment safely

• Detect faulty operations and defective materials, reporting findings to supervision

• Comply with safety regulations and keep work areas clean and orderly

• Coordinate with maintenance management and production staff to schedule work
