Private Process Server – Baldwin County, AL (Independent Contractor)

ProVest LLC is seeking Private Process Servers to provide reliable and professional civil process service in Baldwin County, AL.

Position Overview
This is a 1099 independent contractor position, with weekly compensation based on completed jobs. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented professionals with experience in legal document delivery.
Ideal candidates include:
- Licensed Private Investigators
- Experienced Process Servers
- Current or Former Law Enforcement/Security Professionals
Key Responsibilities
- Make diligent service attempts:
- Up to 5 attempts (varied times: morning, evening, weekend, etc.)
- Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents (via FedEx or email)
- Sign and notarize all eligible affidavits within 48 hours of service completion
- Utilize ProVest's mobile applications to:
- Upload photo evidence of addresses
- Submit detailed attempt notes
- Record service or non-service outcomes
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Active auto insurance
- Smartphone with ability to run mobile applications
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Commitment to professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail
