Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Pack and prepare documents for shipping with materials provided by various vendors
- Maintain open lines of vendor communication
- Ship materials using UPS and FedEx software systems
- Scan, index, upload paperwork documentation
- Understand and meet expectations of Production, Support and Management Team(s)
- Follows all company and department policies and procedures
- Keep lines of communication open between vendors
- Utilize proprietary hardware and software
- Punctual and regular attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications preferred
