What you'll do:
- Own and support the tax provision process, including full ETR lifecycle
- Assist with tax planning and forecasting initiatives
- Support regulatory reporting requirements and filings
- Contribute to compliance activities with a focus on standardized returns
- Partner cross-functionally with finance, legal, and operational teams
- Support process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for automation
- Work across multiple tax areas and support ad hoc projects as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5 years of tax experience (public accounting, industry, or a combination)
- Strong experience with tax provision (ETR and full lifecycle)
- Exposure to technical M adjustments (beyond basic items)
- Ability to clearly communicate technical tax concepts and processes
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a collaborative environment
