Who you are:
- 4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a closely related finance role
- Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis experience
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments and rolling up your sleeves to pull and analyze data
- Confident communicator who can partner with senior leaders and translate complex data into clear insights
- Own full P&L reporting and analysis for multiple brands across the West and Midwest regions
- Prepare monthly reporting packages, variance analysis, forecasts, and executive-level materials
- Support budgeting, rolling forecasts, board decks, and ad hoc strategic and scenario analysis
- Act as a first layer of review and quality control, serving as a key FP&A partner and backup to the FP&A Manager
- Broad exposure to strategic finance initiatives, including market analysis and market expansion decisions
- Opportunity to help build and enhance FP&A processes in a growing, multi-entity organization
- Direct partnership with experienced finance leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
