The expected range for this role is around $80,000 base salary, with potential flexibility pending leadership approval, plus an annual bonus based on company, individual, and departmental performance. What you’ll do:
- Perform month-end close responsibilities, including balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and accrual journal entries.
- Manage expense reconciliations and support variance analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather supporting information and resolve discrepancies.
- Support ongoing accounting operations within a fast-paced and expanding environment.
- Gain hands-on experience with a software implementation as the team transitions from QuickBooks to Sage Intacct next year.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
- 3–5 years of industry experience, or :2 years in public accounting; open to candidates who grew from AP/AR into Staff Accounting.
- Experience with US GAAP and month-end close processes.
- Pharmaceutical, healthcare, or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros preferred—training available).
- Self-sufficient, coachable, eager to learn, and a strong communicator.
