Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field. MBA or Master's a plus.
- 5 years of FP&A, operations finance, or business analytics experience. Multi-entity experience preferred.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skill.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and comfort working with large datasets.
- Effective communicator who collaborates well with operators and leadership.
- Process-improvement mindset with interest in automation and scaling reporting.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis across the FP&A team.
- Manage creation and enhancement of monthly and quarterly financial reporting for leadership.
- Partner with operations and cross-functional teams to support business planning and performance improvement.
- Build and refine dashboards, reporting tools, and financial models.
- Use data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.

- The expected range for this role is $110,000 - $120,000, annualized base compensation. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications, physical location and experience
