What you'll do:
- Own month-end and quarter-end close for revenue accounting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with ASC 606 and support ASC 842 where applicable.
- Oversee SOX controls, documentation, and support internal and external audits.
- Lead and develop a team, including managers and accountants.
- Partner cross-functionally with Commercial Operations, FP&A, Operations Finance, and Legal.
- Support contract reviews, new product launches, and evolving revenue policy.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and scalability across revenue accounting.
- CPA required.
- 8 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong expertise in ASC 606; ASC 842 exposure is a plus.
- Background in Big 4 or straight public accounting preferred.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams
- Strong communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, highly visible, SOX-driven environment.
- Leadership role with direct team ownership and visibility across the organization.
