Who you are:
- 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Consulting, or a related field.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis skills.
- Experience building or improving financial models, reporting, and processes utilizing Excel and BI Tools.
- Effective communicator with an ownership mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Build and enhance financial models for budgeting, forecasting, pricing, working capital, and profitability analysis.
- Own monthly reporting, variance analysis, and management reporting packages.
- Partner with Accounting, Operations, and leadership teams to deliver actionable financial insights.
- Develop scalable reporting tools, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses to support business decisions.
- Direct exposure to executive leadership and Finance leadership.

- Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.
- The expected range for this role is $95,000-$120,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
